Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Juke (the app at app.jukememory.com) and this website (jukememory.com). By creating an account or using Juke, you agree to them.
The service
Juke is an assistant for organizing the things you share with it — reminders, tasks, payments, contacts, ideas, and notes — plus messaging, calls, Status updates, and a free civics Study Coach. Juke is currently free to use. A paid Premium tier and Juke Business are planned but not available yet; these Terms will be updated before either launches.
Your account
You need a phone number or email address to create a Juke account, verified with a one-time code. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for what happens through it. You must be old enough to use Juke on your own under your country's law (see the Privacy Policy's minimum-age section).
Acceptable use
Don't use Juke to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud anyone; to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; to share illegal content; or to try to access another person's account or data without authorization.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse Juke's infrastructure, or to circumvent blocking, rate limits, or other safety controls.
See our Community Guidelines for more on respectful use, blocking, and reporting.
Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, photos, notes, and other content you create in Juke. By sharing content through Juke, you give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit it in order to provide the service — for example, delivering a message to the person you sent it to, or classifying a shared message into a reminder.
AI features
Some features (Concierge, Quick Capture, and similar assistant tools) generate responses using third-party AI providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses can be wrong or incomplete — use your own judgment, especially for anything time-sensitive, financial, or important.
Calls
Calls in Juke are 1:1 audio only. Don't use Juke's calling feature for emergency calls — Juke is not a replacement for emergency services in your country.
Blocking, reporting, and enforcement
You can block another user at any time; a blocked user can't reach you. You can report a user or message for review. We may review reports, and may suspend or remove an account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Service availability
Juke is provided "as is," during active development. Features can change, and we don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Juke changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
Governing law
Juke hasn't finalized a specific governing-law and jurisdiction clause for these Terms yet. We'll complete this section as Juke's legal entity structure is formalized, rather than state something we can't yet stand behind.
