Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Juke connects you with the contacts you already know — through messages, calls, and Status. These guidelines describe what we expect from that use, and what tools you have if someone doesn't follow them.
Treat people with respect
Don't harass, threaten, or abuse another user. Don't impersonate someone else. Don't share content that's illegal, or that sexually exploits or endangers anyone, especially a minor.
No spam or scams
Don't use Juke to send unsolicited bulk messages, run scams, or defraud other users.
Blocking
You can block any user at any time. Blocking is enforced by Juke's servers, not just hidden in the interface — a user you've blocked can't reach you. Blocking someone doesn't notify them.
Reporting
You can report a user or message for spam, harassment, inappropriate content, impersonation, a scam, or another reason. Reports go into a review queue; the person you report isn't notified that you filed it.
What happens after a report
We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove an account that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Reviews are currently done by Juke's team directly, not by an automated system.
